These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any landscaping work. If we quote you for a job, the terms of that work are in the written proposal we give you, and that document is what governs the job, not this page.
Using this site
You are welcome to read this site, print pages from it, and share links to it. What you may not do is copy the photographs or the written content and use them as your own, whether that is on another company's site, in an advertisement, or anywhere else.
Every photograph on this site is of work carried out by Singer Services, on our customers' properties. They are ours to publish and not ours to license out.
What the site tells you
The pages here describe the work in general terms. They are not a promise about how any of it will apply to your particular property, which is what the walkthrough is for.
Nothing on this site is a quote. Prices are not published anywhere on it, because the work is custom and priced per job. Anything about how a landscape behaves in Hill Country conditions is written from experience and is not a guarantee of how a specific yard will perform.
The enquiry form
Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, hold a place in a schedule, or commit either of us to anything. What happens with the information you send is set out in our privacy policy.
Please do not use the form to send anything confidential or sensitive. It is a way of telling us what you are thinking about, nothing more.
Links to other sites
Some pages, particularly on the blog, link out to nurseries, suppliers, and reference material. Those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for what is on them or what they do with your information.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. We do not accept liability for loss arising from relying on the general information published here, and any advice specific to your property should come from a conversation with us rather than from a web page. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
