Singer Services strives to design, build, and maintain quality projects and services throughout our community, treating the customers we serve as we would want to be treated, leaving a legacy of service and respect at their homes and businesses for years to come, and imparting a lasting impact on all who work with us and for us.
Our Story
Growing up in Bulverde and attending Smithson Valley High School is an integral part of our company’s DNA. The core values of Class, Discipline, and Effort were preached to us by Coach Larry Hill and his staff, core values that we strive to live by today.
Tyler and Cory Singer were no strangers to hard work or yard work. Growing up in the Texas hill country meant there was always some outdoor task to do. Grass to mow, trees to cut, plants to plant. We gained invaluable experience and work ethic at the same time.
In 2017, Tyler graduated from Texas State University and made the decision to open Singer Services. Two family friends said “yes” to letting us mow their lawns. Over the course of that summer we gained 30 regular lawn clients while accomplishing various small landscape projects. Cory went back to Texas State in the Fall to work on finishing his degree while working Thursday through Saturdays and we hired out first employee to fill the void Cory left.
In 2019, Cory graduated from Texas State University and began a career as a software engineer at USAA. His role at Singer Services became mostly administrative while helping on the weekends when necessary. In 2021, after 2 years of working at USAA, Cory decided to rejoin the family business and focus on it full time.
Since then, we have grown to 13 full time employees. This includes a lawn maintenance crew, a landscape construction crew, a landscape enhancement crew, and an irrigation crew.
