That is not a sentimental point. Caliche a few inches down, deer that eat what you just planted, and rain that arrives all at once are the three things that decide whether a landscape here lasts. Knowing them is the difference between a yard that establishes and one that gets replanted in two years. It is why xeriscaping and drainage come up on almost every job.
We are based at 1036 Rainbow Dr in Spring Branch, and we work across 6 towns, from Blanco and Boerne in the west out to New Braunfels.
Most landscaping gets split up. Someone draws it, someone else builds the walls, a third outfit puts the irrigation in, and the homeowner ends up managing all of them. We do the design and the build, so the plan you approve is the plan that goes in.
That covers the hardscaping, the irrigation, the planting, the lighting, and the turf. It also means one number to call when something needs looking at afterwards, and one company that cannot blame the last trade.
Design is a paid service. The fee is reimbursable against your final invoice if you go ahead with the build. We clean up as we go, because you have to live on the site while we are working on it.
Singer Services did an amazing job bringing our vision to life! They completely redid our front and backyard with turf, plants, rock, lighting and so much more. The owners were personable, quick to respond, and open and upfront throughout the entire process. Their crew was just as great, being very respectful and efficient.
I needed to re-zone 4 sprinkler heads after replacing areas with drip. I got a few quotes and Singer was by far the most reasonable. They were great at communicating, as well as very knowledgeable about the work.
Singer Services did a fantastic job today at my home. I had talked to Tyler about having mulch delivered and spread. Although his business was very busy, he managed to work me in and complete the job in a timely manner. The crew arrived early and got to work. All of the young men were very polite and listened to my concerns of problem areas.
